Setting Printer Preferences
Configure Custom Box: If you don’t get a screen similar to the following, please contact the Technology Department!
Job->click ‘Job Storage’ icon to activate it->select ‘Custom box’->’Settings’->select ‘Use specific box number’->enter 0### where the ### is your room number, leave the password blank->OK->OK->close Settings window
JOB->JOB STORAGE->CUSTOM BOX
CUSTOM BOX->SETTINGS->SPECIFIC BOX NUMBER->ENTER NUMBER->NO PASSWORD->OK

OK->CLOSE PRINTER SETTINGS WINDOW
Retrieving Print Jobs at Copier
At the copier contol panel: press the ‘Home’ button if the options are different than shown->touch Custom box->touch your name->touch the document or documents to print (small box to left will turn blue when active)->touch the Print icon then select from menu->edit copies if needed then touch ‘Start Print’->[Optional]Delete document(s) by touching ‘Others’ then ‘Delete’
HOME BUTTON->CUSTOM BOX
TOUCH NAME
TOUCH DOCUMENT(S) UNTIL INDICATOR TURNS BLUE
PRINT->PRINT AS IS (OR OTHER SETTINGS)
SET NUMBER OF COPIES->TTOUCH ‘START PRINT’
OPTIONAL (Documents are removed after 7 days if you do not delete them.)
TOUCH ‘OTHERS’->’DELETE’
